<br />food establishment for whose construction, alteration, or <br />repair a building permit is necessary until such perons <br />has received in writing from the Health Officer an approval <br />stating that the plans and specifications for such pro- <br />posed construction, alteration, or repair conform with <br />state health laws and regulations and this Article. <br />"Section l3.2l. Submission of Plans to Health Officer. <br />Upon application to the Redwood City Building Department <br />for a building permit to authorize the construction, <br />alteration, or repair of a restaurant, itinerant restaurant, <br />or other food establishment, the applicant shall also <br />submit to the Health Officer the plans and specifications <br />for such construction, alteration, or repair as well as <br />any other information requested by the Health Officer. <br />The Health Officer shall within ten (10 ) days following <br />the receipt of such plans, specifications, and other infor- <br />mation, determine whether the proposed construction, <br />alteration, or repair complies with state health laws <br />and this Code and shall either approve or reject such <br />proposed construction, alteration, or repair. A copy of <br />the Health Officer's determination shall, upon completion, <br />in every case be forwarded to the Building Official. The <br />approval of the Health Officer shall be a necessary con- <br />dition precedent to the issuance of a building permit <br />by the Building Official. <br /> "DIVISION 4. ITINERANT RESTAURANTS <br />"Section 13.25. Location. No itinerant restaurant <br />shall operate except in a location approved in writing by <br />the Health Officer.
