<br />public property, where the public entity owning such <br />property has consented to the presence of the itinerant <br />restaurant. <br />"Section 13.26. Submission of Plan to Health Officer. <br />To obtain the approval required in Section 13.25 herein- <br />above, the owner or operator of an itinerant restaurant <br />shall submit to the Health Officer plans detailing the <br />proposed location of the itinerant restaurant, a list of <br />the foods and food products to be served, a description of <br />the facilities and food equipment of said itinerant res- <br />taurant, and such other information as the Health Officer <br />may request. <br />"Section 13.27. Inspection and Determination. Upon <br />receipt of the data required of the owner or operation of <br />an itinerant restaurant under Section 13.26 hereinabove, <br />the Health Officer shall inspect both the proposed location <br />and the itinerant restaurant itself. The Health Officer <br />may thereafter approve or deny the proposed location or <br />may approve it conditionally upon the owner's or operator's <br />restricting preparation and service of foods and food <br />products to those determined to be appropriate to the <br />facilities of the ininerant restaurant. The approval or <br />conditional approval of the Health Officer shall not relieve <br />the permittee from complying with all applicable ordinances, <br />statutes or regulations and from the necessity of securing <br />all other permits and licenses which may otherwise be re- <br />quired prior to conducting the proposed activity. <br />"Section 13.28. Duration. No itinerant restaurant <br />shall operate in any location for more than fifteen (15) <br />days in a single calendar year unless it complies with <br /> -8- <br /> ~..--" <br />
