the word "NO" on the ballot to the right of said charter amend- <br />ment. On absent -voter ballots, the cross (X) may be marked with <br />pen or pencil. <br />Section 3. All persons qualified to vote at municipal <br />elections in the City of Redwood City upon the date of election <br />herein called and ordered shall be qualified to vote upon the <br />charter amendment propositions submitted herein. <br />Section 4.. The returns of said general municipal election <br />shall be made out and signed by the election officers and shall <br />be deposited by them with the City Clerk, together with the <br />ballots cast at said election, and this Council shall meet at <br />its usual meeting place and canvass said returns on Monday, <br />April 14, 1958, (said date being the first Monday after said <br />election), at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., declare the results <br />of said election and install the newly elected officers. <br />- 17 - <br />
