<br /> SECTION 9. Budgets for General Improvement Districts No. <br /> 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted <br /> as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, <br /> No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65, for the fiscal year July 1, <br /> 1978 - June 30, 1979, the budgets certified by the City Clerk <br /> and City Manager, and so designated and included in the general <br /> City Budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 10. Repea 1. Ordinance No. 1707, adopted June 20, 1977 <br /> and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1707, and resolutions <br /> authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, and all <br /> ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance to the <br /> extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, effective July 1, 1978. <br /> SECTION 11. Effective Date and Operative Date. In accordance <br /> with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, this <br /> ordinance shall be effective immediately upon final adoption thereof <br /> by the Council of Redwood City; provided, however, that no section, <br /> paragraph, term, clause and provision hereof shall become operative <br /> until July 1, 1978. <br /> * * * <br /> -6- <br /> --., <br />
