In the event of overpayment, the City Clerk shall <br /> pro-rate the excess amount among the candidates and refund the <br /> excess amount paid within 30 days of the date of the election. <br /> 6. Prohibited Materials. Except for the Statement, no <br /> other or additional materials submitted by or for a candidate <br /> shall be included in the sample ballot package. <br /> 7. Additional Materials. No materials in addition to the <br /> Statement shall be accepted or permitted for in the sample ballot <br /> package. <br /> 8. Information Provided. The City Clerk shall provide <br /> each candidate or the candidate's representative with a copy of <br /> this resolution at the time the candidate's nomination papers are <br /> issued. <br /> 9. Applicability. This resolution and the regulations <br /> herein contained shall apply at the General Municipal Election to <br /> be held November 8, 1994 and at each Municipal Election, General <br /> or Special, thereafter for elective municipal office. <br /> 10. Recission.
