Specifically, City <br />customers will be able to: <br />• View water meter data – monthly, seasonal, daily, <br />and hourly intervals for up to last 13 months. <br />• Access historical usage and spending for all <br />service accounts associated with the user. <br />• View consolidated as well as separate <br />representation of their consumption across all <br />meters associated with their service accounts. <br />• View water consumption in HCF or Gallons. <br />• View water budget/allocation trend line overlaid on <br />the usage graph. <br />• View projected water usage for next period (if AMI <br />data available) <br />• View projected next bill amount (for residential <br />customers on standard rates) <br />• Download usage data Excel, CSV, and PDF. <br /> <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br /> <br />Billing <br />The Billing module will allow the utility customer to <br />manage billing and payments functions online. <br />Specifically, the City customers will be able to: <br />• View current balance and bill details including all <br />services and accounts covered in the customer’s <br />bill consistent with the billing configuration of the <br />City CIS system <br />• Make one-time payment or setup scheduled <br />payments using ACH, credit card, and bank debit <br />card (subject to availability of the service). <br />• Store bank details/payment card details in SCM® <br />account for recurring (automatic) payments and <br />set preferred date of payment (With Consultant <br />payment service). <br />• View their account history including bills posted <br />and payments made on their account for last 12 <br />months. <br />• Download copy of their historical bills in PDF <br />format for up to 12 months <br />• Enroll in “Budget My Bill” feature to setup target <br />bill amount and receive high bill alerts (for <br />residential customers on standard rates) <br />6.1.E. - Page 15
