KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br /> OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> (CARNIVAL) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br /> A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M.
