DES:dj¥' 14/27/94 (044/27) the Act, the City has followed its Citizen Participation Plan as part of the process for determining how the grant funds herein referenced will be used; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the aforementioned application for a Community Development Block Grant and to authorize the execution of all documents pertaining thereto, including all understandings and assurances connected therewith; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain application prepared for submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a copy of which application is on file in the office of the Community Development Department of the City of Redwood City, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. 2. This Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. 3.
