<br /> DES:dft 1./19/94 (024/36) <br /> said task force reviewed and commented thereon in accordance with <br /> Public Resources Code Section 41734; and <br /> WHEREAS, adoption of a Nondisposal Facility Element is <br /> exempt from environmental review pursuant to Public Resources <br /> Code Section 41735; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 1994, a public hearing was held by <br /> this Council on the question of adoption of the Joint Nondisposal <br /> Facility Element, at which hearing all persons interested in the <br /> matter were given the opportunity to be heard; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to adopt the aforesaid Joint <br /> Nondisposal Facility Element; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That certain nondisposal facility element entitled, <br /> "Joint Nondisposal Facility Element", dated April 1994, prepared <br /> for, among other entities, the City of Redwood City, a copy of <br /> which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> together with comments of the San Mateo City/County Association <br /> of Governments, acting as the task force created pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code Section 40950, is hereby adopted as the <br /> Nondisposal Facility Element of the City of Redwood City pursuant <br /> to Public Resources Code Section 41730. <br /> 2.
