DES:d~l, 02/08/94 (045/37) DES:d~ 03/16/94R or instability of any portion of the ground necessary for the purpose of supporting such building; (iv) the deterioration, decay or inadequacy of its foundation; or (v) any other cause, is likely to partially or completely collapse; ( 8) Said building is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is being used; ( 9) The exterior walls or other vertical structural members list, lean or buckle to such an extent that a plumb line passing through the center of gravity does not fall inside the middle one-third of the base; (15) Said building, because of obsolescence, dilapidated condition, deterioration, damage, inadequate exits, lack of sufficient fire-resistive construction, faulty electric wiring, gas connection or heating apparatus, or other cause, has been determined by the fire marshal to be a fire hazard; (16 ) Said building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. 2. By reason of the findings aforesaid, said building constitutes a dangerous building and fire hazard as those terms are described in Section 9.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City and is otherwise in a condition or state which endangers the life, health, property and safety of the public, and said building is hereby declared to be a public nuisance pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. 3 .
