<br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> , <br /> [date] <br /> Ms. Anne McCaffrey <br /> King-Phoenix Productions <br /> c/o Hyatt House <br /> Rinconada Room <br /> 1740 North First Street <br /> San Jose, CA 95112 <br /> Dear Ms. McCaffrey: <br /> The City Council, on ***, authorized me to issue this letter to King-Phoenix <br /> Productions, (hereinafter called "Permittee") permitting the closure of streets, to <br /> be specified below, for the purpose of filming a motion picture, subject to and in <br /> accordance with the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. EVENT: The filming of a motion picture for NBC Television by King- <br /> Phoenix Productions in and about the San Mateo County Courthouse at <br /> 750 Middlefield ~oad, Redwood City, California. <br /> 2. REVOCATION: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br /> . the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. NON-TRANSFERABILITY: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> 4. COURSE CONTROL: Those portions of the event taking place in the <br /> public right-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area <br /> designated by the Chief of Police. The Chief of Police has determined that <br /> the provision of police officers is required for the control of traffic in <br /> connection with said event. Permittee agrees to reimburse the City for the <br /> costs of two officers to facilitate traffic control on Broadway on February <br /> 23, 1994. <br /> 5. LOCATION: Hamilton Street will be closed between Marshall and <br /> Broadway to facilitate the parking of County employees and others whose <br /> parking stalls will be displaced from a County Parking lot during the <br /> filming. <br /> l?-I"i~ <br /> 'or <br />
