<br /> It may be necessary to close Broadway during brief intervals, with no <br /> interval to exceed five (5) minutes. <br /> The filming will occur inside and outside the courthouse, and outside of the <br /> coffee shop at 2117 Broadway and outside of the coffee shop at Hamilton <br /> and Broadway. <br /> 6. DATES AND TIMES: The filming will occur on February 23 through <br /> February 27, 1994. Work will begin each day at 7 AM and will stop at 11 <br /> PM. ,The o~door filming will occur on February 23, 1994, with all outdoor <br /> filming to end on that day by 5 PM, The only day Bro8;dway will be closed <br /> for brief intervals will be en February 23, 1994. <br /> 7. INSURANCE: Permittee shall furnish to the City public liability and <br /> property damage insurance naming the City of Redwood City, it Council, <br /> boards, commissions, officers, employees, and agents as insureds, or <br /> additional insureds, insuring the same against all claims for personal injury <br /> or death to any person or persons resulting or arising from the conducting <br /> of the activities herein permitted, or alleged to have resulted or alleged to <br /> have arisen therefrom; or from any act or omission to act, of Permittee in <br /> connection therewith, in the amounts of $1,000,000 for each person and <br /> $1,000,000 for each occurrence, and property damage insurance for <br /> damage or injury to, or destruction of property, including the loss of use <br /> thereof, in the amount of $500,000. Evidence of such insurance coverage <br /> in form satisfactory-to the City shall be furnished by Permittee to the City at <br /> least ten (1 0) days prior to commencement of the event. <br /> 8. DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY: Permittee shall reimburse the City for <br /> the costs for any damage to City owned property, caused by or arising out <br /> of, the conducting of the activities permitted hereunder, or the acts, or <br /> omissions to act, .of persons participating in said event. All signs or other <br /> markings placed in or upon public property, including the public right-of- <br /> way in connection with the activity shall bed removed immediately <br /> following said event. <br /> 9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Permittee shall comply with all appropriate <br /> and applicable rules, regul.ations and laws in connection with the <br /> conducting of said event, or any activities associated therewith. This <br /> permit shall be in addition to aU other permits, which are or may be <br /> required for conducting said event, or any activity associated therewith. <br /> 10. HOLD HARMLESS: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify <br /> and save harmless the City of Redwood Cíty, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or <br /> claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or nature <br /> \ à I~~ <br /> -T·· <br />
