CITY SERVICES: The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> *Normal police. patrol during the event. <br /> *Two police officers to control traffic on Broadway on Febru~ry 23, 1994, <br /> between thehoUfs of 7 AM and 5 PM. (Permittee to reimburse City for <br /> actual cost of the officers.) <br /> *Parking meters will be declared non-operative on Hamilton between <br /> Broadway and Marshall. (Permittee wiJI reimburse City for lost meter <br /> revenue. ) <br /> 12. ITEMS PROVIDED BY PERMITTEE: Permittee will provide barricades <br /> and cones to close Hamilton street. Permittee will provide personnel to <br /> monitor entry and exit of the closed street. <br /> 13. ADDITIONAL OR FURTHER MATTERS: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with said event shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> 14.
