writing, report writing, and donor development <br />• Regularly report on the status of implementation of STRC to Redwood City <br />2020 <br />• Lead and support outcome evaluation and reporting processes <br />• Ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans developed by <br />STRC collaborating partners <br />In addition to the above, the Director shall perform the following tasks for the <br />Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership: <br />1) Provide on-site support and coaching of STRC partners to facilitate AOD <br />prevention programs at Sequoia High School. Provide technical <br />assistance, facilitate relationship building with school staff, connect to <br />other resources in the community, act as liaison between school <br />administration and partners, guide recruitment efforts, and assist program <br />development. <br />2) Facilitate monthly STRC staff meetings to ensure collaboration between <br />partner agencies and share prevention strategies. Facilitate 2-3 meetings <br />or as needed annually with youth development partners to plan AOD <br />prevention efforts at Sequoia High School. <br />3) Meet with Sequoia High School administration, guidance counselors, <br />SAFE After School Coordinator, AmeriCorps members, Wellness Center <br />staff, and other school staff to monitor all prevention programs at Sequoia <br />High School. <br />4) Raise awareness among all STRC partners regarding connection between <br />AOD prevention efforts and overall youth development strategies. <br />5) Meet with SUHSD Wellness Advisory Council on issues related to AOD <br />prevention. <br />6) Organize Health Fair at Sequoia High School targeting 9th grade students, <br />inviting AOD community partners and other agencies to deliver information <br />to students about AOD. <br />7) Organize parent workshop and/or resource fair regarding AOD prevention <br />and parenting skills. Assist in coordination of other school -wide AOD <br />prevention efforts as needed. <br />Redwood City 2020 will work closely with the Sequoia Teen Resource Center <br />Director to develop and sustain programs to support students in reaching their <br />academic and social -emotional potential; assist with resource development and <br />with design and implementation of an evaluation model to track the impact of <br />STRC programs. <br />REV: 05-25.17 RL <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.125/SUHSD Sequoia Teen Resource Center Director <br />
