Water Budget Setup <br />o Label, display content, and disclaimers <br />o Workflow configurations <br />• Create and manage multi -channel templates for <br />customer journeys in scope. <br />This module will provide a 360 -degree view of the <br />customer profile for the utility Customer Service <br />Reps (CSR). Specifically, City CSRs will be able to <br />lookup a customers and view: <br />• All service accounts for the customer <br />• Contact information and last login status <br />• Notification opt in status and corresponding <br />contact details <br />• All incoming and outbound notifications for that <br />customer <br />The admin portal will include the administration <br />view for setting up the water budget calculations. <br />Specifically, the City users will be able to calculate <br />Residential and Irrigation water budgets including <br />the following parameters, and following the <br />methodology described in Exhibit D. <br />a. Graphically display daily water budgets for <br />individual or grouped accounts using billing <br />system identifiers <br />b. The solution shall integrate with the City's Utility <br />Billing System which maintains a process to <br />group accounts that share a water budget using <br />one unique value called "Site ID" and a coded <br />water use type classification and identifier for a <br />primary account within a Sub -Site. <br />c.
