Installation Support and Integration <br />The Consultant's team will install all listed software modules in the Consultant's cloud along <br />with integrations with the City systems as listed below: <br />1. City Billing System: API or Daily file transfer using Secure FTP for account balance <br />and customer information provided by the City's CIS provider <br />2. Meter Data: Monthly File transfer based batch process using secure FTP for <br />monthly reads and daily batch process for AMI system reads <br />3. Online Payments: Setup on online and mobile payment functionality using <br />Consultant's payment services within SCM® solution or redirect to third party <br />service <br />4. Bill Presentment: API to get PDF bill from Infosend to display within SCM using <br />SCM login <br />Consultant will require the City's functional and technical resources on as -needed basis to <br />ensure end-to-end system integration and data mapping. <br />1.3. Not in Scope <br />Any activities, products or deliverables not included in this SOS are deemed out of scope. <br />Additional work is permitted pursuant to a valid change order under Section 4, with the pricing <br />identified, and such any such changes are approved by both parties prior to commencement of <br />work. <br />1.4. Additional Product Scope <br />The City can elect to add the following functionalities in the Consultant's software as an "Add <br />on" modules per the pricing listed in Exhibit B.
