Smart Customer Mobile — Customer Facing Portal and Mobile <br />1. The Outages module will provide the utility <br />customer a web portal and mobile capability to <br />Outages view current and planned outages as well as <br />communicate with the utility customer service for <br />outage related notifications. Specifically, the <br />customers will be able to: <br />• View a map displaying all current and <br />planned outages along with the impacted <br />area, incident description, and current <br />reported status <br />• Receive individualized notifications for the <br />outages that impact the customer <br />• Report an outage from the portal or using the <br />mobile app <br />• Send a message to the utility customer <br />service desk and receive responses <br />2. Conservation The Conservation module will display the utility <br />water conservation programs, rebates and <br />savings tips with ability for the customer to view <br />and enroll these programs using any device <br />(desktop, tablet, smartphone). Specifically, the <br />utility customers will be able to: <br />• View water conservation programs and <br />rebates available <br />3. <br />Service <br />Smart iQ Analytics — Utility Facing Portal <br />4. Conservation Analytics <br />• View personalized savings tips based on <br />customer class (residential/C&I) <br />• Apply for a rebate by completing and <br />submitting an electronic form <br />• Track application status for submitted <br />applications <br />• Optional: View home energy and water <br />report (updated monthly) <br />The Service module will enable Utility customers <br />to enter and log customer service requests, <br />including move in, move out, and service <br />transfer. Customers will be able to schedule the <br />date and time for the service requests to be <br />executed.
