5. Leakage Analytics <br />6. High Usage Analytics <br />Program Management <br />based on water use patterns. Specifically, the <br />user will be able to: <br />• View the graphical trend of the water use, <br />budget, historical use, and per day use for a <br />customer segment <br />• View a customer's water use profile <br />including 12 -month history, budget <br />comparison, and water budget settings <br />This module will provide automatic leakage <br />identification based on the hourly interval meter <br />data to enable the City users to view the <br />meters/accounts where a leakage pattern is <br />detected. Specifically, the users will be able to: <br />• Setup configurable flow parameters by <br />customer class (residential, SFH, etc.) to <br />detect leaks <br />• View meters/accounts in a tabular format <br />where the leak has been detected <br />• Sort the leak alerts by the leak size and <br />meter flow to identify largest leaks <br />• Setup automatic SMS text, email, and IVR <br />phone alerts by customer class to notify <br />customers where leak has been identified <br />This module will provide automatic detection of <br />high water usage patterns based on the hourly <br />interval meter data to enable the City users to <br />view the meters/accounts where a high water <br />use is detected. Specifically, the users will be <br />able to: <br />• Setup configurable rules for month to month <br />and prior year change in water use by <br />customer class <br />• View meters/accounts in a tabular format <br />where high use has been detected <br />• Sort the high use alerts by total use to sort <br />customers <br />• Setup automatic SMS text, email, and IVR <br />phone alerts by customer class to notify <br />customers with high water use <br />This module will streamline the entire rebate <br />application process including the following: <br />• Receipt and approval of customer <br />information for rebate applications. <br />• Statistics of various rebate programs <br />including rebates approved, types and other <br />configurable criteria <br />• Provide reports on water savings that have <br />been achieved based on customer rebate <br />participation at both the customer level and <br />customer segmentation (commercial, single- <br />family residential, mufti -family residential) <br />Page 18 of 38 <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.104/SMART ENERGY SYSTEMS—CUSTOMER WATER USE PORTAL <br />REV: 05-15-17 MI <br />
