EXHIBIT A-1 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — VENDOR <br />1. Redwood City agrees to provide the Town the following services as described herein: <br />A. Redwood City shall provide maintenance services for Town's motor vehicles on <br />an "as needed" basis and upon request of Town who shall deliver the motor vehicles to Redwood City <br />for maintenance services and upon completion, take delivery of said vehicle. <br />The hourly rate for all services is $119.49. <br />Redwood City will consult with Town before conducting major repairs exceeding $1,000 <br />for parts and/or $2,000 for parts and labor combined. <br />B.
