EXHIBIT A-2 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — TOWN <br />A. The Town shall be responsible for scheduling the maintenance services for each <br />of its motor vehicles; provided, that upon completion of famishing maintenance services for each such <br />vehicle, the Redwood City shall indicate the approximate date of the next recommended maintenance <br />service for such vehicle. <br />B. Upon receipt of invoice, the Town shall pay the Redwood City within 14 business <br />days. <br />C.
