We are budgeting one revision of the draft report after submittal to Redwood City staff and receipt of comments. C. PREPARE CAD BASE MAPS We will utilize existing CAD ,jata within our files and the City of Redwood City files and supplement this informetion, where required, from Assessor's plat information and/or digitizing from aerial maps to provide CAD base maps of the area generally benefited by the proposec transportation improvements. This will include the commercial properties immejiately west of U.S. 101 between Ralston Avenue and Holly Street in Belmont an~ San Carlos. These base maps will be prepared in schematic form, but with ,~nough detail to clearly illustrate the improvements proposed and the areas benefited. Mufticolor and variable line thicknesses will be utilized to provide a planning document which will illustrate features of the map in layman's terms, so that they can be used by policy makers and other stakeholders during the outreach and consensus building process.
