DELlVERABLES 1) Preliminary conceptual plans that identify the major design considerations for both the auxiliary lanes and the capacity improvements for the interchanges of Ralston Avenue and Holly Street. 2) Itemized cost estimate based upon the preliminary design. 3) Design alternatives for both of the interchanges. 2.3 FINALIZE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN Upon the completion of the conceptual drawings and accompanying cost estimates, BKF will present the plans, estimates and alternatives to the Policy and Technical Committees. The presentation will include a review of the designs and their criteria. The project costs will be reviewed. With the committees consensus, BKF will also - present the conceptual designs and costs to Caltrans and the Transportation Authority. DELlVERABLES 1 ). Conceptual plans for the two interchanges 2) Detailed cost estimates based upon the conceptual plans 2.4 CONCEPTUAL ASSESSMENT COSTS BKF will conduct a conceptual spread of assessment costs to the commercial development in the Redwood Shores Area on the scale that was provided in the first phase of this project.
