LIBRARY SERVICES <br /> <br /> The Library Services Division is composed of multiple programs and <br />subprograms which function to maintain the literacy and learning initiatives of the City <br />through the existing library system. Each program / subprogram serves to implement <br />various services in relation to youth outreach, community outreach, and library customer <br />service. The fees examined within this study relate to room rental rates, book bags, <br />CDs, earbuds, and photocopies / computer printouts. <br />1. DETAILED RESULTS <br />The Library Services Division currently collects fees for room rentals at the <br />Downtown Library and Redwood Shores Library branches. Additionally, fees are also <br />collected for black and white or color photocopies, and computer printouts, as well as <br />book bags.
