Page 2 of 2 <br />ATTY/RESO.0064/CC RESO ADOPTING FY 17-18 BUDGET <br />REV: 06-20-17 VR <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Provision for Interim Expenditures After June 30, 2017; <br />Reappropriations. The City Manager and Assistant City Manager of Administrative <br />Services are authorized and directed to charge expenses incurred prior to July 1, 2018 <br />to the appropriations of Fiscal Year 2017-18. The City Manager and Assistant City <br />Manager of Administrative Services are further authorized to pay all contractual <br />obligations, including but not limited to payroll, contracts, and other expenses, <br />incurred between July 1, 2018 and the date that the appropriations are adopted for <br />Fiscal Year 2018-2019; to this end the City Council, on behalf of the City, appropriates <br />1/12 of the amounts that were appropriated for operating purposes in Fiscal Year <br />2017-2018 to each fund, to be effective July 1, 2018. Upon adoption of a budget for <br />Fiscal Year 2018-2019 this appropriation shall be superseded. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date and Operative Date.
