Page 1 of 1 <br />ATTY/RESO.0067/CC RESO APPROVING AND ADOPTING 5-Year CIP <br />REV: 06-21-17 VR <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FOR THE PERIOD OF FY 2017-18 THROUGH FY 2021-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposed five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal years <br />FY 2017-18 through FY 2021-22 (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed CIP” and <br />incorporated herein by reference) has been prepared by the City Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Proposed CIP is on file with the City Clerk, and is available for <br />review upon request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due deliberation and consideration, it is the intention of the City <br />Council of Redwood City to approve and adopt the Proposed CIP presently on file with <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to <br />this resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s <br />adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Proposed CIP is hereby approved and adopted. The adoption is <br />for all five years of the Proposed CIP presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
