Attachment 1 <br />Deliverables: <br />A copy of the] 00% complete design plans and specifications <br />Task 3 c) Environmental Documentation <br />This task consists of completing the required environmental compliance, completing <br />any tribal notification, and environmental documentation as necessary. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of environmental documents as required by CEQA <br />Task 3 d) Permitting <br />This task consists of acquiring all identified federal, state, and local permits. Work <br />includes coordinating and complying with requirements for issuance of a permit. <br />Deliverables: <br />Copy of all required permits <br />Task 3 e) Project Monitoring Plan <br />A Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) shall be submitted to the State prior to disbursement of <br />grant funds for construction or monitoring activities for this Project. Along with the <br />Attachment 6 Project Performance Measures Tables requirements for the Project, the <br />PMP will also include: a) Baseline conditions, b) Brief discussion of monitoring systems to <br />be utilized, c) Methodology of monitoring, d) Frequency of monitoring, and e) Location <br />of monitoring points. <br />The LPS will lead work for monitoring and performances measures verification after <br />Project completion. <br />Deliverables: <br />Project Monitoring Plan <br />Task 4: Construction/implementation — Budget Category (d) <br />Task 4 a) Construction Contracting <br />This task consists of construction contracting including solicitations for bids and awards <br />of contracts. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of bid package <br />Task 4 b) Mobilization and Site Preparation <br />DWR Prop 84 - Local Project Sponsor Agreement - IRWM 2 - Redwood City- OWP 102244 <br />11 of 16 <br />
