DocuSign Envelope ID: 19070948.2759-4F7F-9299-7EDFDCC97FBF Page I1 Grant Agreement 4600010575 Amendment No.1 LOCAL PROJECT SPONSOR AGREEMENT Between ABAG/SFEP and Redwood City Bay Area Proposition 84 Integrated Regional Water Management Grant Department of Water Resources This Amendment No. 1 to the Local Project Sponsor Agreement (LPS Agreement) by and between the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), a joint powers authority existing under the laws of the State of California acting on behalf of the San Francisco Estuary Partnership (SFEP) and the City of Redwood City (Redwood City), a chartered municipal corporation of the State of California, (collectively, the "Parties") serves to incorporate all work scope revisions, budget revisions, and schedule revisions for Redwood City's project (Project 10) as detailed below NOW, THEREFORE, effective August10, 2018 (the Effective Date), the Parties agree to modify the subject Agreement as follows: 1. Article 2.0, Term of Agreement, is revised to extend the term to December 31, 2020. 2. Article 3.0, Project Subaward and Matching Funds, is revised to increase the subaward by One Hundred and Three Thousand Dollars ($103,000) for a revised total amount of One Million and Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Dollars ($1,238,000). 3. Attachment 1, Project Description, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment 1, Revised Project Description, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 4. Retention of Contract Provisions. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
