Land purchases and easements are not required for this project <br />Task 3: Planning/Design/Engineering/Environmental Documentation - Budget Category (c) <br />Task 3 a) Assessment and Evaluation <br />This task consists of completing the planning assessment and feasibility studies prior to project <br />development This task also includes developing the conceptual design plans and specifications. <br />Deliverables: <br />• A copy of the site assessment and feasibility studies <br />• A copy of the conceptual design plans and specifications <br />Task 3 b) Planning/Design/Engineering <br />This task consists of finalizing project engineering designs (90% and 100%) for the project Finalized <br />100% design/ engineering plans and specifications will be submitted to DWR <br />Deliverables: <br />• A copy of thel00n/o complete design plans and specifications <br />Task 3 c) Environmental Documentation <br />This task consists of completing the required environmental compliance, completing any tribal notification, and <br />environmental documentation as necessary. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of environmental documents as required by CEQA <br />Task 3 d) Permitting <br />This task consists of acquiring all identified federal, state, and local permits. Work includes <br />coordinating and complying with requirements for issuance of a permit <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of all required permits <br />Task 3 e) Project Monitoring Plan <br />A Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) shall be submitted to the State prior to disbursement of grant funds <br />for construction or monitoring activities for this Project Along with the Attachment 6 Project <br />Performance Measures Tables requirements for the Project, the PMP will also include: a) Baseline <br />conditions, b) Brief discussion of monitoring systems to be utilized, c) Methodology of monitoring, d) <br />Frequency of monitoring, and e) Location of monitoring points. <br />The LPS will lead work for monitoring and performances measures verification after Project <br />completion. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Project Monitoring Plan <br />DWR Prop S4- Local Project Sponsor Agreement- IRWM 2 -Amendment 1 -Redwood City- [LPS Contract#C003899] <br />
