Request by Hispanos Unidos to hold Cinco De Mayo <br />Mother's Day Celebration, May 14, 1989 <br />Report: City Manager 3/16/89 <br />Memo to City Manager from Assistant City Manager 3/17/89 <br />Letter to Council from Tony M.
