Gonzales, Ph.D, 3/9/89 In response to questions from Council Dr. Gonzales advised the celebration is expected to draw about 20,000 people to downtown Redwood City; Hispanos Unidos is and wants to be the only sponsor; radio announcements will be in Spanish and flyers will be in English; and requested Redwood City pay the approximately $3000 for extra police service.
