GEO-1b: A licensed Geotechnical Engineer, or their <br />representative, shall be retained to be provide geotechnical <br />observation and testing during all earthwork and pavement <br />installation activities. The Geotechnical Engineer shall be <br />allowed to evaluate any conditions differing from those <br />encountered during the geotechnical investigation and shall <br />provide supplemental recommendations, as necessary.
