Up to five (5) paper copies and one MS Word and PDF version of the Screencheck <br />Draft Response to Comments Document will be provided to City staff to verify that all <br />requested changes have been made and all appendix materials, references, and final <br />graphics are acceptable. <br />3. Final Response to Comments Document <br />Upon successful completion and approval of the RTC Document, up to fifteen (15) <br />bound copies will be prepared for public distribution and review. In addition to <br />comments and responses, the document will include any necessary revisions to the <br />Draft Supplemental EIR. <br />4. Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program/Findings/Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations <br />LSA will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for this project <br />and will identify responsibility for implementing and monitoring each mitigation measure <br />listed in both the Initial Study and Final SEIR, along with monitoring triggers and <br />reporting frequency, subject to approval by City staff. LSA will work closely with City <br />staff to ensure the program is prepared in a format that will be easy for staff to <br />implement and be tailored to the City's Zoning and Building permit procedures. A <br />checklist will be prepared listing these items and providing a column for verification of <br />compliance. Monitoring will be dovetailed with existing processes of project design, <br />development and review. <br />The mitigation MMRP will be submitted to City staff for review with the Screencheck <br />Draft Response to Comments Document. The final MMRP will be included as a <br />separate document. <br />LSA will also prepare CEQA findings and if necessary a Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations for review by the City and will also assist with preparing any written <br />findings that may be required by the City. <br />5. Notice of Determination <br />LSA will provide a draft Notice of Determination (NOD) for the City to file with the <br />County Clerk upon certification of the Final Supplemental EIR. <br />TASK E. MEETINGS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />In addition to the start-up meeting described in Task A, Judith Malamut and Theresa <br />Wallace will be available to attend up to five meetings with the City staff. This scope <br />also assumes attendance at up to three public meetings, in addition to the scoping <br />session identified under Task A.2 (for a total of four public meetings). These meetings <br />may consist of public hearings held on the Draft and Final Supplemental EIR. <br />Attendance at additional meetings or public hearings would require a budget <br />adjustment. <br />Judith and Theresa will undertake a variety of general project management tasks <br />throughout the SEIR preparation period.
