Contract price paid per inch -foot of sidewalk offset includes full compensation for famishing all <br />labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals, including clean-up work, and for doing all <br />work involved in reporting locations of all sidewalk offsets by address and the inch -foot quantity <br />per location, as described in these specifications and details, and as directed by the City. <br />No separate measurement payment shall be made for mobilization.
