O R D I N A N C E N 0. // 30• /3z CGM:yc:5/20/71 ORIGINAL -0 a •7 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 6.9, 6.12, 7.9, 7.11, 8.9, 9.9, 10.9, AND 32.3 OF, REPEALING SECTIONS 32.11, 32.12, AND 32.13 OF, AND ADDING SECTIONS 32.11, 32.12, 32.13, 32.14, AND 32.15 TO, ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 6.9 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, 1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements. "(a) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, for yard requirements in the R-2 District. "(b) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, Section 32.11, for usable open space requirements in the R-2 District." SECTION 2. Section 6.12 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6.12 Multiple Dwelling Use. Any parcel having an area of at least 9,000 square feet and an average lot width of at least 75 feet may have constructed thereon a multiple dwelling containing three dwelling units." SECTION 3. Section 7.9 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, 1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 7.9 Yard and open Space Requirements. "(a) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, for yard requirements in the R -G District. "(b) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, Section 32.11, for usable open space requirements in the R -G District. SECTION 4. Section 7.11 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 7.11 other Required Conditions.
