"(a) The minimum building site for public and quasi - public buildings shall be 40,000 square feet. Such building sites shall have a minimum average width of 100 feet. "(b) Single family dwellings and duplexes in the R -G District shall comply with the building height and lot coverage and yard requirements specified under the R-2 District." SECTION 5. Section 8.9 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, 1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 8.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements. "(a) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, for yard requirements in the R-3 District. "(b) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, Section 32.11, for usable open space requirements in the R-3 District." SECTION 6. Section 9.9 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, 1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 9.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements.
