"(a) The minimum building site for public and quasi - <br />public buildings shall be 40,000 square feet. <br />Such building sites shall have a minimum average <br />width of 100 feet. <br />"(b) Single family dwellings and duplexes in the R -G <br />District shall comply with the building height <br />and lot coverage and yard requirements specified <br />under the R-2 District." <br />SECTION 5. Section 8.9 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 8.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements. <br />"(a) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, <br />for yard requirements in the R-3 District. <br />"(b) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, <br />Section 32.11, for usable open space requirements <br />in the R-3 District." <br />SECTION 6. Section 9.9 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130, as amended by Ordinance No. 1130.130, adopted April 26, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 9.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements. <br />"(a) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, <br />for yard requirements in the R-4 District. <br />"(b) Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, <br />Section 32.11, for usable open space requirements <br />in the R-4 District." <br />SECTION 7.
