"The provisions of this section shall not be construed <br />to permit construction of a garage within a public right <br />of way or any established plan line area.,, <br />SECTION 15. Section 32.14 is hereby added to the above <br />mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 32.14 Accessory Buildinqs. Accessory <br />buildings shall conform to the following requirements: <br />"(a) Accessory buildings in any R District shall not <br />be located within ten feet of any main building <br />on the same parcel. <br />"(b) Any structure which would otherwise be an <br />accessory building, shall be deemed to be a <br />part of a main building if it shares a common <br />wall at any point with the main building and <br />shall comply in all respects with the require- <br />ments of this ordinance applicable to a main <br />building." <br />SECTION 16. Section 32.15 is hereby added to the above <br />mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 32.15 Conditional Exceptions to Parkinq <br />Requirements for Housinq for the Elderly. The off-street <br />parking requirements of Article 30 which would otherwise <br />be applicable for a structure or land proposed to be used <br />as housing for the elderly may be modified by the Commission, <br />provided that a use permit shall be required in each case. <br />The Commission may grant such use permit setting forth the <br />number of off-street parking spaces to be provided in <br />connection with such use upon finding that said off-street <br />parking requirements of Article 30 are not required or <br />necessary. In making such finding, the Commission shall <br />consider the following: The anticipated automobile usage <br />and visitor patterns characteristic of the persons proposed <br />for occupancy of the subject housing for the elderly; <br />proximity of the building or land to shopping, service, <br />DIC <br />
