Rhonda Budnick, 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo representing Canada College, <br />PH8/7/89 -5, letter to Council from Robert Stiff, President of Canada, <br />described the successful conservation efforts of FY 1988/89 and the heavy <br />burden a higher multiplier would put on the educational resources of the <br />College. <br />Lawrence Christiansen, 3102 Oak Knoll Drive, Redwood City, cited inequity of <br />next - door - neighbors paying totally different rates and evidence that <br />multiplier is not based on actual cost of water delivery system. <br />Frank Cervanca, 515 Mt. View Way, Redwood City, cited similar water and sewer <br />study of four years ago that described deteriorating condition of Emerald <br />Lake Hills water pipes, rate increase that followed, and lack of any <br />replacement of water equipment. <br />Frank Corwin, 807 Bayview Way, Redwood City, a truly charming walk down <br />memory lane and a wonderfully concise comment on the current water system in <br />Emerald Lake Hills. <br />Laura Dowlinq, 140 Springdale Way, Redwood City, PH8/7/89 -6 Emerald Lake <br />Hills Association Water Rate Multiplier for Emerald Lake Hills, citing errors <br />in report, and need for a new perspective of total system. <br />Norman Friend, 810 W.
