<br />Rev. 12-13-95 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS WATER STORAGE FACILITIES <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ENGINEERING FILE NO. 1204-06 <br />OVERALL DESCRIPTION <br />This project involves the demolition of certain existing facilities and the construction of new facilities at <br />various Pump Stations (P.S.) and water tanks for Redwood City. These facilities are located at: <br />· Vista Oakview P.S. <br />· Brewster Reservoirs #1 &#2 <br />· California Tanks #1 &#2 <br />· Easter Cross Tanks #1 &#2 <br />· Peninsula Reservoir #1. <br />Specifically excluded is any work at the Bennett and Lakeview Pump Stations. <br />The project will be developed in 3 phases: <br />· Schematic Design Phase <br />· Construction Documents Phase <br />· Bidding and Construction Phase. <br />The work items for each phase are described in the following sections. <br />SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE <br />Vista-Oakview Pump Station <br />The work items associated with the three tanks and associated minor structures at this pump station <br />include: <br />· Obtaining and reviewing existing plans <br /> 1 <br /> ~.., . -r" <br />
