'/04/93 (012/59) <br /> lJd/19/93R <br />comply with any of the conditions herein contained, or in the <br />event that this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of <br />Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. <br /> 14. FIXTURES. Permittee shall commit no act of waste and <br />shall take good care of the Premises and the fixtures and <br />appurtenances therein, and shall, in the use and occupancy of the <br />Premises, conform to all laws, orders and regulations of the <br />Federal, State and Municipal Governments or any of their <br />departments. All property of Permittee and/or Occupants <br />remaining on the Premises after the last day of the term of this <br />Revocable Permit shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and may <br />be removed by City and Permittee shall reimburse City for the <br />cost of such removal. <br /> 15. FIRE SAFETY. Permittee shall supply and maintain all <br />fire safety equipment required by State, Federal or Municipal law <br />on the Premises including, but not limited to, fire extinguishers <br />and smoke detectors. <br /> 16. TAXES. Permittee shall be liable and responsible for <br />the payment of all taxes levied against personal property, trade <br />fixtures and other property placed by Permittee on or about the <br />Premises. <br /> 17. ASSIGNMENTS. This permit and the privileges granted to <br />Permittee hereunder shall not be assigned by Permittee except <br />with the prior permission of City, evidenced by motion of City's <br />City Council, duly made and carried; provided, that no such <br />assignment shall be made which would allow or permit a use of the <br />Subject Premises inconsistent with Permittee's use thereof or for <br />a private for-profit use. <br /> 6 <br /> _.
