<br />These cards come in no particular order and are <br />cum bersome to use. MRC produces a printed report <br />each quarter that lists all changes to the City's sales tax <br />records by the type of change (i.e., new firms, closed <br />firms, new addresses, new owners, etc.). Under each <br />type of change are the accounts in clean address order. <br />By correcting, cleaning up and standardizing <br />addresses, business names and business classifications <br />on all of the City's sales tax generators, MRC is able to <br />provide the City's business licenses staff with another <br />valuable audit tool.
