<br /> activities with respect to whom death or injury claims could be <br /> asserted against the Lessor, Lessee, or the Leased Premises. <br /> Lessor may require that any third parties performing work on the <br /> Leased Premises maintain such Workers' Compensation Insurance as <br /> well. Such insurance shall be maintained as Lessee's sole cost <br /> and expense at all times when any work is in process and shall <br /> otherwise conform to the requirements of this Lease for <br /> insurance. <br /> (5) Notice of Completion. Immediately on <br /> substantial completion of any improvement, Lessee shall prepare <br /> and provide Lessor with a notice of completion suitable for <br /> recordation in the official records of the County of San Mateo. <br /> Lessor, at its option, may elect to record said notice. <br /> (6) Not.ice of Changes in Plans. On completion of <br /> any Improvement, Lessee shall give the Lessor notice of all <br /> changes in plans and specifications made during the course of the <br /> work and shall at the same time deliver to the Lessor "as built" <br /> drawings accurately reflecting all such changes; provided, no <br /> change that substantially alters the final plans last approved by <br /> the Lessor shall be made without the Lessor's prior written <br /> approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br /> (e) Lessee shall fully comply with any landscaping <br /> requirements or conditions included as part of any governmental <br /> approval of Lessee's use of the Leased Premises, including all <br />.-/ maintenance, repair and replacement provisions. <br /> 6. :INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE. <br /> 6.01 Indemnit.y.
