We will bill actual travel expenses and will agree to a <br />not -to -exceed on travel of $3,000. <br />Phase 4: System Implementation $254,520 <br />This assumes of an 18 -month implementation and assumes both Cities are implementing the same <br />solution. The total hours are estimated to be 1,818 @ $140/hour. <br />Based on our experience, NexLevel has proposed a scope and level of effort that we feel is necessary for <br />project success. However, if there are tasks that the Cities feel are not required or can be performed by <br />staff, we are open to discussing a modification of our scope, level of effort, and price. <br />2.
