Figure 1- NexLevel Capabilities
As shown in Table 1, NexLevel has a strong record of accomplishment in providing technology consulting
services for California public sector clients. We have over 16 years of experience providing public sector
clients with services similar to those requested by the Cities, including over 40 system procurement and
selection projects (see next to the last column in Table 1).
For example, NexLevel is actively providing ERP consulting services for the following agencies: City of
Sunnyvale, City of San Ramon, City of Fremont, City of Sunnyvale, City of Carson, City of Indio, City of
Half Moon Bay, City of Chino Hills, City of Glendale, City of Poway, City of Manhattan Beach, Placer
County, Douglas County (NV), San Benito County, Silicon Valley Clean Water, South Tahoe Public Utility
District, Cosumnes Community Services District, and Associated Regional Center Agencies (ARCA).
Additionally, in the past five years, we have also provided ERP consulting services to many other public
agencies including City of Millbrae, City of Walnut Creek, City of Chino, City of Paso Robles, City of La
Quinta, City of Pismo Beach, City of Ridgecrest, City of Memphis (TN), Moulton Niguel Water District,
Camrosa Water District, Lake Arrowhead Community Services District, San Joaquin Council of
Governments, Chino Valley Independent Fire District, and Sonoma County. In Table 1, all our ERP
consulting services projects are marked in bold.
As can be seen in Table 1, NexLevel has performed more than 40 municipal IT assessment and/or
strategic plans. As critical parts to these projects, NexLevel evaluated client ERP systems to determine
whether the existing systems are meeting enterprise needs, require upgrade or enhancements, or
replacement. This has provided our team with a wealth of knowledge regarding ERP systems. In
addition, our IT assessment and/or strategic planning services has allowed us to obtain an
understanding for the importance of integration among key municipal systems such as business license,
land management (permitting and planning), capital planning, time keeping, utility billing, parks and
