<br />Mr. Hackelman has been the project manager or project lead forth following local government ERP
<br />procurement, selection, and/or implementation projects: City of Millbrae, City of Chino Hills, City of
<br />Glendale, City of Chino, City of Fremont, City of Walnut Creek, City of Sunnyvale, City of La Quinta, City
<br />of Paso Robles, City of Pismo Beach, Moulton Niguel Water District, South Tahoe Public Utility District,
<br />Cosumnes Community Services District, Chino Valley Independent Fire District, Silicon Valley Clean
<br />Water, and Placer County.
<br />Mr. Hackelman resides in Sacramento, California. Because he is located near Redwood City and
<br />Burlingame, Mr. Hackelman will be on-site as needed throughout the project.
<br />Michael Gomez — Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
<br />Mr. Gomez attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Public Administration
<br />degree, and has more than 15 years' experience in the finance industry serving both publicsector and
<br />utility requirements. For this project, Mr. Gomez will provide project management, finance, and ERP
<br />subject matter expertise.
<br />Mr. Gomez has held many positions in the financial arena including Financial Resources Manager,
<br />Director of Finance/Treasurer, Senior Financial Analyst, etc. He previously worked forthe City of
<br />Riverside, CA, and the Moulton Nigel Water District, CA, and for the latter, served as Sponsor and Lead
<br />Project Manager for the procurement and implementation of a new ERP system.
<br />Presently, Mr. Gomez is presently supporting ERP projects with San Ramon, CA, Half Moon Bay, CA,
<br />Placer County, CA, Manhattan Beach, CA, and Silicon Valley Clean Water, and is working to ensure our
<br />baseline ERP requirements and business process templates remain current and up-to-date with evolving
<br />technology.
<br />Mr. Gomez resides in Riverside, California and will be on-site for important activities associated with
<br />requirements gathering, proposal evaluation, vendor demonstrations, and negotiations.
<br />Wendell Yacur, PMP — Subject Matter and Procurement Expert
<br />As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Yacur has 22 years of public sector
<br />technology experience and is an accomplished management consultant, project manager, procurement
<br />manager, recruiter, trainer, and documentation specialist. For this project, Mr. Yacur will provide subject
<br />matter and procurement expertise.
<br />Mr. Yacurs' experience includes consulting for numerous public municipalities, agencies, utilities and
<br />districts. His focus has been in the project management and oversight of IT systems procurements and
<br />implementations; development and implementation of business processes; and development of
<br />technology strategic plans, IT policy and process/procedure documentation, and requests for proposal
<br />(RFPs).
<br />Mr. Yacur has supported the following local government agencies in ERP analysis, procurement,
<br />selection, and/or implementation: San Ramon, CA, Half Moon Bay, CA, South Tahoe Public Utility District
<br />CA, Silicon Valley Clean Water CA, and Placer County CA, and has provide extensive procurement and
<br />implementation project management support for numerous projects with the City of Santa Clara.
<br />Mr. Yacur is located in Sacramento, California. Because he is located near Redwood City and Burlingame,
<br />Mr. Yacur will be on-site as needed throughout the project.
