EXHIBIT A 6.1.G. - Page 14 <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide the equipment, installation and services in <br />accordance with the terms below: <br />1 General Requirements and Provisions <br />1.1 Provide a staffing plan ("Staffing Plan") that shall be acceptable to the PM. <br />1.2 Provide wireframes of the graphical user interface prior for review and approval by the PM <br />prior to commencement of programming. <br />1.3 Provide new (not refurbished stock) equipment, for all components and materials supplied <br />by Contractor. <br />1.4 Supply all necessary cabling and interconnection to deliver a fully functional, end user <br />ready turnkey system; including all connection cables in the AV signal path. <br />1.5 Commission the specified systems to 100% functionality of which they are capable. <br />Contractor must acquire written approval to exclude any possible functionality of the <br />specified systems. <br />1.6 "Fit -up" all AV rooms for end-user connection to AC power, AV, and network equipment. <br />This does not include permanent building AC power or network infrastructure, but does <br />include appropriate and necessary power strips and network connection patch cables, as <br />well as final Telco connection patch cables, where applicable. <br />1.7 Provide all connectivity necessary for a complete, end-user ready system. <br />1.8 Include ALL cables, extension cords, power strips, AV finish cables mounting hardware, <br />plates, adapters, interconnects and accessories to provide complete functionality to the <br />AV end user to connect to AC, Network, AV, and Telecom Ports. (i.e. if there is an HDMI <br />input plate, Contractor shall provide an HDMI cable to connect the source device to that <br />input). <br />1.9 Complete all workwith qualified employees, led bythose listed on the "Staffing Plan" form. <br />No subcontractors are allowed without prior approval by the City Manager pursuant to <br />Section 1.1 of the Agreement. <br />1.10 Validate field conditions and coordinate with other trades to order appropriate <br />accessories, material, and cabling. <br />1.11 Attend weekly project meetings via teleconference as requested and provide progress <br />updates to the overall project team. <br />1.12 Provide weekly updates via email that outline the current progress status.
