6.1.G. - Page 15 dinate with the PM to receive and install OFE that will integrate with AV systems. <br />1.14 Obtain and pay for any applicable permits for work performed including Low Voltage <br />Cabling permits. <br />1.15 The systems delivered comply with the applicable provisions of the Federal Occupation <br />Safety and Health Act, the Federal Communication Act, and all other applicable laws. <br />Contractor agrees to reimburse the buyer for all losses, expenses, and damages arising <br />from violating laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, and rules. <br />1.16 Be responsible for all submittals and requested as -built documentation, including <br />equipment order finish options, rack elevations, wiring schematics, user interface layouts, <br />etc. as detailed in the Contract Documents. <br />1.17 Ensure the proposal includes the equipment specified herein. If equipment is not specified, <br />a spec -sheet must be submitted for approval. <br />1.18 Provide the City of Redwood City all software, graphics, and configuration files used to <br />configure systems. All software code must be delivered un -compiled and unlocked or with <br />default password settings. Files must be submitted as attachments to the Commissioning <br />Checklist Smartsheet. <br />1.19 Thoroughly train client end-users on the operation of each system type delivered. Provide <br />all labor necessary to communicate, coordinate and schedule training(s).
