This requires Contractor staff to create free account credentials to log into <br />the spreadsheet with Smartsheet.com. This completed spreadsheet will be a closeout <br />deliverable and requirement for final payment. <br />2.3 PM will create an online document and send collaboration invites to the appropriate <br />parties. <br />2.4 For each device delivered or commissioned (OFE included), Contractor will fill out the <br />following fields as applicable: Building, Floor, Room, Manufacturer, Model, IP Address, <br />Mac Address, Subnet, DHCP, Network Plate Number and Color, Device Serial Number, <br />Username and Password <br />2.5 Manufacturer, model and serial number fields must be completed for each piece of <br />equipment before delivery to the site. All fields must be completed for each system prior <br />to Redwood City punch list. <br />2.6 When devices have an available configuration file, Contractor shall promptly upload that <br />file to the row associated with the device (DSP Configurations, Crestron Code, ETC). This <br />shall be completed in the Discussion Column. Each file version that is deployed in the <br />system must be uploaded and dated.
