6.1.G. _ Page 17 -on and Commissioning Requirements <br />3.1 Neatly install extenders underneath tables and provide/install connection cabling into <br />tables. This includes performing basic furniture hole cuts and providing standard pass- <br />through cable grommets when appropriate. <br />3.2 Set Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) configuration on all input devices <br />appropriate for each system and display. End-user laptops must be able to select the <br />maximum resolution and best aspect ratio for the system (with the goal of full -screen <br />presentation when possible). <br />3.3 Configure scalers when appropriate to ensure high resolution, reliable performance of the <br />system for various source devices. <br />3.4 When nearby network jacks are available, provide and install patch cabling to local jacks <br />for ANY networkable AV equipment, even if not shown on drawings herein. This includes <br />cabling to surface mount jacks in the ceiling above (wireless access points, projectors, and <br />other equipment). <br />3.5 When necessary, cut walls and provide trim rings, mounting hardware, and in -wall cabling <br />to complete the installation. <br />3.6 Label all connected cables on both ends with numbers that will correspond to as -built <br />documentation. Wire labels must be printed with a professional label maker. <br />3.7 Install PTZ Cameras in existing camera locations unless otherwise specified. Including ALL <br />mounting equipment, wall cuts, trim ring, finish plates, other necessary accessories and <br />labor. <br />3.8 Install all ceiling mounted equipment (Including ALL mounting equipment, ceiling cuts, trim <br />rings, finish plates and other necessary accessories and labor). <br />3.9 Fully configure the Shure Conferencing System, software modules and setup meeting <br />presets to meet the needs of the user groups during training. <br />3.10 Configure displays for dot by dot reproduction, defeat any power management features, <br />disable all auto -adjust brightness settings and configure for optimal viewing. <br />3.11 Install, configure and test OFE equipment shown on price intake form and any other <br />equipment associated with these systems. <br />3.12 Install and test any necessary software or drivers on end-user devices to allow for <br />appropriate connection to and control of AV equipment. Train end-users on the use of <br />said software. <br />3.13 "Fit -up" all video and laptop inputs for end-user connection to AC power, AV, Network, <br />and telecommunications equipment.
