6.1.G. - Page 18 <br />3.14 Upgrade all AV equipment to include the most current firmware loaded prior to system <br />commissioning. <br />3.15 Configure all AV equipment so that Mac computers may pass video signal. Contractor will <br />test all video input locations with both PC and MacBook computers that were released <br />within the last two (2) years. <br />3.16 Ensure scope of work includes the purchasing of equipment, engineering, installation, <br />testing, programming, configuration, documentation, training, warranty and <br />miscellaneous labor of all the AV systems. <br />3.17 All system interfaces, including touch screen layouts, must be approved by the PM prior to <br />Final Acceptance (as defined below in the "Payment Milestones" section). <br />3.18 Coordinate with the City of Redwood City's IT manager to acquire all AV Network <br />configuration settings necessary for AV system functionality. Contractor will configure AV <br />network settings at the direction of the PM. <br />3.19 Make any AV connections to all the installed AV equipment regardless who provides it. <br />3.20 Include in their scope of work the purchase of equipment, engineering, installation, <br />testing, programming, configuration, documentation, training, warranty and <br />miscellaneous labor of all the AV systems. <br />3.21 Be responsible for providing a complete and working AV system, which is the intent of this <br />written specification. This includes all equipment, cable pulls, software, labor and material <br />necessary, grommet hole cutting, whether in this agreement or not. <br />3.22 Ensure that all cable penetrations meet all national and city fire codes. <br />3.23 Ensure all racks and cabinets are securely mounted with seismic bracing that meet local <br />and state requirements. <br />3.24 Throughout the progress of the work, the vendor shall keep the working area free from <br />debris of all types, and remove from premises all rubbish resulted from any work <br />performed. At the completion of its work, the vendor shall leave the premises in a clean <br />and finished condition. The vendor shall remove all packing materials or coordinate the <br />removal of this material for all AV equipment as necessary per the General Contractor's <br />job site requirements. <br />3.25 Removal and replacement of existing millwork or equipment is the responsibility of <br />Contractor (including costs for damaged architectural features or equipment). <br />3.26 Be responsible for applying and paying for any low voltage cabling permits with the city, <br />county or state, as required. The cost for the low voltage permit shall be included in the <br />total project cost. <br />3.27 Ensure that all exposed mounts, panels, and cables shall be finished to match the <br />wall/ceiling/surface where they are installed. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.157/CODA TECHNOLOGY GROUP EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 07-07-17 JS <br />Page 5 of 28 <br />
