6.1.G. - Page 19 <br />3.28 Install a cut in box or box eliminator and fish walls where necessary for a complete, end <br />user ready, turnkey system. <br />3.29 Ensure all racks and cabinets are securely mounted with seismic bracing, in order to meet <br />local and state requirements. <br />3.30 Ensure that all ladder racks, equipment racks, equipment cabinets, and server cabinets are <br />grounded. <br />3.31 Be responsible for a turn -key operation of proposed equipment and complying with the <br />project schedule. <br />3.32 Will provide the City of Redwood City with written email confirmation of completed <br />Contractor commissioning process. <br />3.33 Be responsible for loss or damage in the shipment, delivery, and installation of all <br />equipment, parts, and goods until the time of installation. <br />3.34 Be responsible for the repair of all damage to the building due to carelessness of workmen <br />and exercise reasonable care to avoid any damage to the City's property. Contractor shall <br />report to the City of Redwood City any damage to the building, which may exist or may <br />occur during the project. <br />3.35 Ensure all equipment is wiped free of dust, construction debris and fingerprints prior to <br />the City of Redwood City punch testing. <br />3.36 Promptly correct all defects for which Contractor is responsible. <br />4 Cables, Connectors, and Power Cords <br />4.1 All cable shall be installed to meet applicable standards for the application as intended. <br />4.2 Contractor shall determine building and other regulating authority requirements for cables <br />installed as part of this AV project scope of work and adhere to the most stringent <br />standard be it country, state, or region. This requirement applies to any AV cabling in the <br />return air plenum as well as other areas. If the cable type indicated does not comply with <br />these requirements, Contractor shall propose alternate cable types, and/or encasement <br />in complying raceways or conduits. <br />4.3 Contractor shall include all necessary materials to properly install a completed system, <br />including all required supports, wire hangers, trim rings, cables, connectors, mounting <br />hardware and accessories, even when not specifically shown on the equipment list or <br />plans. Contractor is responsible for cutting of boxes, fishing of walls, and 'ring and string' <br />where applicable. <br />4.4 It is Contractor's responsibility to provide clean and organized cable management of all AV <br />cables to the satisfaction of the PM. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.157/CODA TECHNOLOGY GROUP EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 07-07-17 JS <br />Page 6 of 28 <br />
