6.1.C. - Page 3 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br />TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />Finance and IT Services <br />Silicon Valley Clean Water <br />(Formerly South Bayside System Authority) <br />This Amendment No. 4 is entered into and effective as of the first day of July, <br />2017, extending and amending the Agreement for Professional Services (Finance and <br />IT Services for SBSA) dated July 8, 2012 (the "Agreement") by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"), and Silicon Valley Clean Water ("SVCW") (Formerly South Bayside System <br />Authority ("SBSA"), (collectively, the "Parties") for provision of Finance and IT Services <br />by the City to SVCW. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On July 8, 2012, the Parties executed the Agreement; and <br />B. On July 1, 2014, the Parties entered an Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br />Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and <br />C. On July 1, 2015, the Parties entered an Amendment No. 2 to Extend the <br />Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and <br />D. On July 1, 2016, the Parties entered an Amendment No. 3 to Extend the <br />Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and <br />The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2018. <br />2. Scope of Services: During the term of this Amendment No. 4, City will <br />provide the services listed on Exhibit "A," (such services, the "Services"). <br />3. The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the term of <br />this Amendment No. 4 will be One Hundred Thirty -Seven Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Seventy -Two dollars ($137,972). <br />a.
